This is my prototype for a Product Design assignment. The object was to create a multi functional product. I decided on a ‘seedling table,’ with my newly sprouting green thumb and all. It allows people to both grow their seedlings and enjoy their beauty while sitting at an outdoor table.
I used almost all re-purposed materials, spending just $5. I got the pallets for free on Craigslist. I recycled an old drawer I had to hold the seeds (drilling holes in the bottom to allow water to drain). And connected most of it all using bolts.
