When did these ‘Help is on the Way’ buttons start getting left out of elevators?
One of my biggest fears is getting stuck in an elevator, especially since I’ve always wondered how I could communicate via those elevator phones (due to my severe hearing loss). But I bet this would go a long way in calming me.
- Why is the purchase of art work created by people with disabilities often looked upon as CHARITY and not true art?
I hit the wood shop today with Ryan Hoover, my professor from my Fabrication Technologies class, to test the tools to determine what information he gains from the sounds they make and see if we could come up with ideas of how that can be adapted for deaf users.
