When did these ‘Help is on the Way’ buttons start getting left out of elevators? One of my biggest fears is getting stuck in an elevator, especially since I’ve always wondered how I could communicate via those elevator phones (due to my severe hearing loss). But I bet this would go a long way in calming me.
